Universities to return to in-person learning from October 19

All students, except Adjara region, will return to in-person learning from October 19,” said the Minister of Education, Mikheil Chkhenkeli.

“From October 19, universities and vocational schools will resume in-person learning. I call on the sociaty to follow the recommendations issued by the Ministry of Health,” stated Chkhenkeli.

On top of that, schools across Georgia, except for Adjara, will reopen for 1st to 6th graders. The Minister added that as for the upper grades (7th-12th), the Ministry will make a statement in the future.
