LLC Black Sea Arena Georgia has 107 employees. According to a report published by IDFI, the concert hall awarded bonuses of GEL 1.1 MLN to its employees in 2018-19. Including, 315 thousand GEL was issued in 2018, while 759 thousand GEL in 2018.
In addition, the company spent 2.53 million GEL on employees’ salaries in 2019 and 2.87 million GEL in 2018.
According to the document, the state transferred 10.4 million GEL to the concert hall as a subsidy in 2020, which was 2.8 million GEL more comparing to 2018.
The same report shows that the concert hall ended 2019 with a loss of GEL 2.2 million.
Moreover, 2018 was unprofitable for the Black Sea Arena as well and the company’s loss amounted to 4.3 million GEL.
As of 2019, assets of the Concert Hall totaled to GEL 55.4 million.
