We should not be surprised that investments are not made, - economic expert Giga Bedineishvili assesses the data of the second quarter of foreign direct investments, which were published today.
"If anyone from the government thinks that increase of 0.5% in the second quarter is a reason for satisfaction, it is already a problem. There is nothing proud of this. The fact is that, we should look at the trend and not one quarter. As of the data of two quarters, sharp drop is obvious and this trend is sustained for several years”, Bedineishvili declares.
