“Within the framework of aforementioned format, various international organizations or financial institutions allocated more than 7 billion dollars on Georgia’s reforms in 2018,” Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia said at the annual Development Partnership Forum.

According to Gakharia, now Georgia has four priority directions.

“The four priorities are security, economic development and jobs, education and human capital and open governance,” Gakharia said.

“Georgia is a developing democracy. We have a difficult post-Soviet past and we all understand that it may take years for reforms to verge on the European standards we aspire to achieve,” Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia said.

Members of the Government of Georgia, MPs, representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Georgia and donor organisations participated in the event.
