The Bank of Georgia continues to support the construction sector. In partnership with the bank, "Viva Group" has started building another residential complex in Tbilisi. The area of ​​the residential complex is 15,149 sq.m. The Bank of Georgia will invest USD 6.3 million in the project.

"Our company has been operating on the market since 2017. We started cooperation with the Bank of Georgia from the very first day, and since then we have implemented a number of successful projects, both in Tbilisi and in Zugdidi. As a result of several years of successful cooperation with the bank, we started working on a new project again. We plan to build residential buildings on our land in Digomi. At the moment, we employ about 80 people", said the representative of the company, Nika Bulia.

"One of the priorities of the Bank of Georgia is business support. We are delighted to be able to finance a project like this which strengthens the construction sector and our country's economy as new jobs are created. We want to wish success to the company in the implementation of our joint projects and in the realization of their future plans", said Giorgi Tserodze, head of the Corporate Services sector of the Bank of Georgia.
