Lekso Aleksishvili, the founder of PMCG declares, that Georgia should have economic growth of 7% for 10 years in order to reach the level of economic development of Bulgaria and Romania, so the GDP of Georgia must double.

"The only way we can do that is to provide an environment that attracts capital and brings knowledge. They can be foreigners, but we in Georgia are not tolerant of foreigners who might work here. We still have some level of aggression towards them. This cultural change needs time and new generations. We need to attract new generations. We have to bring back students from abroad,” said Lekso Aleksishvili.

According to him, we have to put up with the fact that we can no longer be the same country we were in the 20th century.
