“Our agency starts a new technical support program for exports from 2022”, - Mikheil Khidureli, director of Enterprise Georgia declares.

According to Mikheil Khidureli, the program will cover all priority fields except agriculture. As he notes, the Rural Development Agency has already introduced an export assistance component in this field, which is very successful.

“This time we are introducing a support component for the non-agricultural portfolio, which includes co-financing for exporting companies in several areas. For example, it will finance entering on the foreign market, which is related with high expenditures, especially in Europe. The second is packaging and branding, and the third is certification and licensing. If the company meets specific criteria, this new program will provide 90% funding in the form of a grant from our agency. This program will cover all the sectors, which did not have access to finance programs up to now”, - said Mikheil Khidureli.
