"Meetings on ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology and neurosurgery have already taken place; we think, that we will have a new tariff plan by the end of March," Deputy Health Minister Tamar Gabunia told TV- program "Business Morning".
According to the Deputy Minister, 7 working groups have been created. Tamar Gabunia thanks the representatives of Professional Associations and doctors for their outstanding attention.
“We will gradually include all segments. 7 working groups are set up and I would like to thank my colleagues, physicians, and representatives of the professional fields who have shown great interest. Meetings on ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology and neurosurgery have already taken place. We have begun work in this direction and we think that by the end of March we will have a new tariff package, which will be based on standards. The process is difficult, though it has not happened exclusively in Georgia, many countries have gone this way, ” Gabunia said.
