Amiran Gamkrelidze, head of the National Center for Disease Control declares, that a lot has been done for the development of Georgia's healthcare system with the debt taken from the World Bank and this information is transparent.
"We bought much with the debt taken from the World Bank. Some of the procurement includes PCR and antigen-based tests, as well as equipment, medical staff clothing, breathing apparatus, high-pressure ICU devices, equipment for clinics, which is needed for the increase of “bed fund”. The deceives were used to equip Rukhi Hospital, Batumi Hospital, Republican Hospital and etc., "- said Amiran Gamkrelidze.
