Maya Tskitishvili, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure explains that the government might bring the building on the privatization, where Business House’s disposal has been intended.
"Only my comment on this topic probably won't be correct. Generally, as time goes on, some decisions are reconsidered. However, the idea of offering of all state services to the business in one space is still actual, but as Minister of Economy has repeatedly stated, they will provide these services electronically and there is no need for a separate building.
We will also take care that the money invested in the construction of the building is not lost and it will be used otherwise, "Tskitishvili said, adding that the building would have a new function after privatization.
To remind, implementation of the Business House project, which had to offer all services to different business sectors in one space started in 2016, during Giorgi Kvirikashvili's premiership.
