In January-November 2020 the external merchandise trade (excluding non-declared trade) of Georgia amounted to USD 10 202.4 million, 14.6% less than in the same period of 2019 – Geostat released the preliminary data today.
According to Geostat, the top import commodities in January-November 2020 were motor cars whose imports equaled USD 680.7 million (9.5% of the total imports). The Copper ores and concentrates followed in the list with USD 494.2 million or 6.9% of imports. The petroleum and petroleum oils were third in the top import commodity list with USD 451.0 million (6.3% of imports).
