Completion of construction of businessman Lasha Papashvili's hotel "Aghobili" in Abastumani is scheduled late 2021.
According to company Redix, the hotel's investment value is 35 million USD.
As of the project, the hotel comprises of 140 modern rooms, 4 conference halls, outdoor and indoor pool, a spa center, a fitness center, café, health and rehabilitation center. The complex will have a green and well-maintained park.
According to the investor company, the total space of the modern hotel is 24,558 square meters and the total area is 71, 488 square meters.
“More than 100 persons are employed on the site during the construction process. To note, 85 people will be employed at the hotel after opening the hotel”, the company says.
The investor of the hotel project is a Partnership Fund, along with the Redix project. The company notes, that the funds have not been spent yet. The matter concerns to 7.5 million USD, which should be spent in 2020.
