"In the coming days, the Immunization Council will meet and some decision will be made regarding the vaccination of children aged 12-16," said Ivane Chkhaidze, head of the Iashvili Pediatric Department and member of the Immunization Council of the Ministry of Health.
"This issue is under discussion. Theoretical opinions, research results, WHO’s opinions, are already submitted to the Immunization Council.
Vaccination is merely considered with Pfizer. We hope that the Immunization Council will meet in the coming days and some decision will be made regarding the vaccination of children aged 12-16," - said Ivane Chkhaidze.
