Mtatsminda remains the most expensive district in Tbilisi with an average price of GEL 4,236 GEL per square m in Q1, 2021, - shows preliminary data of Geostat.
According to the report, the real-estate is the most affordable in Samgori district, but property price is increased by 12% y-o-y. The price increase is due to the depreciation of GEL exchange rate, because developers and real-estate realtors basically set prices in USD.
