As of March, 2021, the highest price per square meter on residential real estate is observed in Mtatsminda, cost of 1 square meter totals to 1281 USD. Accordingly, the value of the real estate on Mtatsminda has increased the most compared to March 2016. The cost for one square meter on Mtatsminda has increased by an average of 224 USD or 21% for the last 5 years.
According to ISET, price increase on residential real estate is observed in all districts except Saburtalo, where the price for one square meter totals to 901 USD instead of 910 USD (March, 2016).
The cost of one square meter on residential real estate in Gldani has increased by 90 USD for the last 5 years amounting to 659 USD. The most affordable real estate is still in Samgori district, where per square meter costs 622 USD. In the last 5 years, the cost per square meter in Samgori has increased by 67 USD.
