According to Levan Akhvlediani, Director of Anaklia Development Consortium, the information concerning about the engagement of the EBRD in Anaklia Port is not true.
“To my knowledge, this is not true. It might be a good idea to talk to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, but I don't think such institutions will be involved in such tenders. This is a government priority, but I don't think so”, Akhvlediani said.
To remind, Natia Turnava, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development has announced that the EBRD has expressed interest to be engaged in the tender of Anaklia Deepwater Sea Port.
