Wissol Group To Build Residential Apartments
Wissol Group will start construction of residential apartments in the near future, Soso Pkhakadze, President of Wissol Group, told BMG.
According to him, the company has been developing commercial real estate with Carrefour for years and now they are moving to a new stage.
"We have been working with Carrefour on commercial real estate for years and we have several shopping centers, but now we want to start building residential apartments and we have several projects that are already in the final stage and we will start construction soon," said Soso Pkhakadze.
The president of Wissol Group has not specified the amount of investment yet.
Wissol Group began diversification in 2006 and entered other sectors besides the business of petrol stations.
