According to updated information provided by GeoStat, in 2017, the volume of Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) in Georgia made 1 888.8 mln USD, which is 20.6% more than in 2016 and 1.4% more than the preliminary data for 2017.
Bm.ge requested GeoStat to provide the list of TOP-10 investor companies which in 2017, made the biggest Foreign Direct Investments in Georgia:
1. Rakeen Uptown Development, Ltd.;
2. IDS Borjomi Georgia, Georgian affiliate of IDS Borjomi Beverages, Ltd.;
3. BP Group;
4. Magticom, Ltd.;
5. JSC Energo PRO Georgia;
6. Georgian Manganese, Ltd.;
7. JSC Metro Avrasya Georgia;
8. Georgian affiliate of ENKA İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş.;
9. Tourism Development Fund of Georgia, Ltd.;
10. JSC Energo PRO Georgia Generation.
