GD First Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development declares that 2025 might end with higher economic growth than planned.
Levan Davitashvili says that economic growth data allows him to say that this year "will proceed quite dynamically."
"We have planned economic growth at 6%, however, we had quite high growth in the first two months of the current year, and therefore, our expectation is that we may end this year with higher economic growth than planned. Of course, this depends on many factors, but the government's economic team spares no effort to achieve the highest possible economic growth and, at the same time, ensure that economic growth is inclusive," - noted the First Vice Prime Minister.
According to Geostat data, the economic growth rate was 11.1% in January and 7.7% in February.
