Company Aisi Group has launched USD 24 million Ramada by Wyndham Tbilisi Old City in Avlabari district.
On October 27, the official opening ceremony of the 4-star hotel was attended by the Minister of Economy Natia Turnava.
"Another new hotel starts to operate in Old Tbilisi, which is presented under the Ramada international brand. It is a completely Georgian investment, which is very important. It is also noteworthy that despite the pandemic, tourism sector recovery allows us to make large investments in the hotel sector,"- said Natia Turnava at the opening event.
Ramada by Wyndham Tbilisi Old City unites 108 rooms of different categories, outdoor and indoor pool, fitness room, spa center, meeting rooms, open terrace, traditional wine-cellar and 5 different restaurants and employs 140 people.
As Giorgi Zhorzholiani, Commercial Director declares, the hotel has been operating in test mode since August 2021, during this period it has hosted guests mainly from Israel and the United Arab Emirates.
"The test regime was quite busy. This was the first important stage for the team and an interesting challenge. After working in test mode, today I can confidently say that the guest will meet a high standard of service in our hotel. Our calculations are mostly based on the middle segment, and depending on the number category, it costs from USD 60 to USD 100," said Giorgi Zhorjoliani.
