According to the Embassy, forty-five businessmen from Georgia were present at the biggest investment summit under the leadership of the ambassador, Robin Dunnigan.
"Under the leadership of Ambassador Dunnigan, forty-five businessmen from Georgia came to SelectUSA, the largest investment summit that promotes foreign direct investment in the United States. During this several-day visit, meetings were held with investors and high-ranking representatives of the US government regarding doing business in the USA. Business ideas were also presented.
This visit is an important step in deepening the economic ties between our countries. The United States remains committed to this economic partnership," reads the statement.
