DineSpace is a fast-growing food tech startup with a mission to make the dine-out experience seamless. The app enables individuals and groups of people to pre-order and pre-pay for the meals they eat while dining out.
Co-Founders of the app sat down with The CheckPoints to discuss the process of app creation, development strategy, and plans for further expansion.
According to Ioane Chikovani, CFO of the company, the app will help customers save time by eliminating the wait while ordering food, getting served, and receiving the bill. Meanwhile, restaurants will benefit from increased table turnover, simpler inventory management, and more traffic through additional exposure on the DineSpace platform.
"DineSpace is technically for anyone and everyone who does not want to waste time waiting for their meal and the check," - he says.
DineSpace has already won the European Fund for Southeast Europe (EFSE) & BTU pre-accelerator with a 10,000 cash prize, and Georgia's Innovation and Technology Agency (GITA) 15,000 grant. The company has diverse plans for future expansion, currently negotiating with investors in the UK, Germany, Estonia, and Georgia.
The app will initially launch in the UK in two months.
