Kindzmarauli Corporation in Kvareli, Duruji Gorge, is building a 4-star hotel – Nugzar Ksovreli, Director General of Kindzmarauli Corporation stated to BM.ge. The company is actively involved in wine tourism development in Georgia and a new hotel is another project the company is implementing.
“We are going to build a second hotel. We have already bought land and the design is being developed by Dutch specialists. This will be a 4-star ‘resort’-type hotel with 40 rooms. The hotel will have spa-sauna, swimming pool, ballroom, playgrounds, etc. Hotel infrastructure will be spread over quite a big area.
About 2 mln USD will be invested at the initial stage. Hotel and ballroom will be completed first. Kindzmarauli Corporation already owns a 26-room hotel Chateau Kvareli, with a bar and a restaurant, located in Kvareli, nearby the winery, as well as a hostel with 40 beds, serving low-end segment, mainly students.
