A 5-star hotel "Aragvi Resort Pasanauri" will be opened in Pasanauri by the spring of 2024. The investment value of the project is up to GEL 25 million. The company implements the project with personal financial resources, as well as through the co-financing program of Enterprise Georgia.
Giorgi Rostiashvili, the founder of "Aragvi Resort" company, told BM.GE that the company decided to build a hotel in Pasanauri in 2021. The company purchased 23,500 square meters of land at the state auction for GEL 1 million.
A 61-room hotel project will be located near Aragvi, which involves setting up a restaurant, conference spaces, a swimming pool and a bowling hall.
"There is no hotel of this category in Pasanauri, and that is why we decided to open this hotel. Currently, internal renovation works are underway in the hotel. We have a great desire to open the hotel in December of this year, but in the case of delay it will be opened by summer, 2024", - Giorgi Rostiashvili said.
The company plans to create up to 50 jobs by opening a hotel in Pasanauri.
