Hotel brand DoubleTree by Hilton will be opened in the village of Vejini in Gurjaani municipality. Malkhaz Bitsadze, director of the hotel project management company "GVG plus" explains that the project provides the construction of sixty-seven villas along with the hotel on a land area of twelve hectares. The investment value of the project is fifty million GEL. The hotel is scheduled to open by autumn, 2025.
Malkhaz Bitsadze notes that the project is built with the support of the state agency "Enterprise Georgia" and the agency’s co-financing amounts to 6 million GEL.
A 100-room hotel project of the DoubleTree by Hilton brand includes the arrangement of a spa center, indoor and outdoor pool, saunas, as well as a massage area, the hotel will also have a restaurant and conference spaces. The director of "GVG Plus" says that after the launch, the hotel will create 100 jobs.
