The state-owned company “Shedevri 2024” will directly sell a plot of land next to the oncology center in Tbilisi, near Lisi, for 10,290,000 GEL. The relevant decree was published on the government’s website.
According to the document, a non-agricultural land plot with an area of 14,936 sq m will be transferred to the company with an investment obligation, which includes the construction of a sports hall. The land is located between the oncology center and the Intensification Road.
More specifically, according to the terms, “Shedevri 2024” must pay the privatization fee within 1 month of signing the agreement. In addition, within 4 years, it must construct an indoor sports hall on an area of at least 300 sq m of the land plot, which will include showers and changing rooms. For this, it must invest at least 5 million GEL.
Within 6 months of fulfilling the investment conditions, the 300 sq.m. sports hall and the land plot attached to it must be registered as a separate right object and become the property of the buyer.
According to the decree, “Shedevri 2024” is obliged to submit an unconditional, irrevocable bank guarantee of 10% of the investment envisaged by the document to the National Agency for State Property for the implementation of this project before signing the contract.
According to the entrepreneurial extract, “Shedevri 2024” was founded on October 28, 2024. Its director and 100% shareholder is Alexi Gvinashvili. The non-entrepreneurial legal entity was registered in 2014.
