Mamuka Kiladze, the founder of newly-opened restaurant "Napoli" says, that Italian resturnat, which brings together Neapolitan flavors is successful and demand exceeded expectations.
"At the beginning, we opened the facility in Saguramo with a grant of GEL 30,000 from "Enterprise Georgia", and we financed the rest of the expenses with personal funds. Then we moved to Tbilisi and constantly invested in order not to stop expanding and growing, and currently 17 people are employed in our facility.
We offer our customers Neapolitan pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven with the highest quality Italian flour, as well as breads (chabata, baguette, brioche), various types of pasta, appetizers and sandwiches.
We are glad that the demand is increasing more and more, customers from all segments come to us, and this motivates us not to stop moving forward and to think about opening new branches in the future", said Mamuka Kiladze.
According to him, Napoli managed to establish itself in the competitive market with high quality and correct communication with customers.
There were also difficulties with starting the business, and the founder of the restaurant says that the main challenges are related to the shortage of qualified personnel, unstable market and lack of quality raw materials.
