Khazaradze-Japaridze tried to use international arbitration against the Georgian state, but in this case the truth and the state, which acts in accordance with fair rules in all cases, have won, - the Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze said.
According to the head of the government, in general, the representatives of the National Movement have repeatedly sued Georgia and many cases have been initiated by the National Movement against Georgia in various international instances.
"It is mainly related to the Strasbourg court. There were cases, for example Rustavi 2 v. Georgia, Saakashvili v. Georgia, Ugulava v. Georgia, etc. Georgia won in all cases. In the Khazaradze-Japaridze v. Georgia too, Georgia came out the winner for one simple reason - the state always follows the rules when it acts. This practice was introduced in Georgia after 2012, and it is because of this that in all international courts, including arbitration, the state wins the cases where the dispute is between representatives of the National Movement and representatives of Georgia. Khazaradze and Japaridze are also representatives of this collective political force, they also tried to use international arbitration against the Georgian state, but in this case, the truth and the state, which acts in accordance with fair rules in all cases, have won," the Prime Minister said.
