AGROguesthouse has been working with 100% load since April. The founder of "Korena" Maiko Kezevadze spoke about the current demand from international and local guests for the agro-house operating in the Imereti region in TV program "Women's Narrative".
"We have a very busy season. The hotel is working with 100% load since April and has been busy until now. We can receive 18 people at the same time, but when we can't accommodate guests, we transfer them to a friend's hotel nearby," said Maiko Kezevadze.
The cost of accommodation in "Korena" costs GEL 100 per person, including meals and a free cooking master class. It is possible to book a hotel without meals.
"As for the offers, we create such an environment that it is not just a place to spend the night, guests should feel like at home. Our business card is a cooking master class," says Maiko Kezevadze.
80% of "Korena" guests are international visitors, mainly from European countries. These are: Czech Republic, Poland, France, Germany, etc.
Agrohouse "Korena" is located 7 kilometers from Kutaisi, in the historical village of Gelati, which started operating 15 years ago. Currently, 14 local people are employed in the farm.
