Company "Agroproduct", manufacturer of "Kebili da Patiosani" fruit juices, will launch a new production line soon, which includes manufacturing of sauces. The new product will be presented on the market under the brand "Poporeli".
The managing partner of the company, Soso Manjavidze, says that they collected recipes of traditional Georgian sauces from all over the country, financed the expedition with personal funds, involved gastro experts and chefs, and as a result, they got such different sauces as cherry sauce, a mixture of beetroot and plum, green and red pepper sauce, and so on.
The company specifies that the production of the "Poporeli" line will start on the basis of the old production capacities, therefore they did not need additional financial resources in this regard.
As for production, the company says that in the first stage they plan to produce one million bottles per year, which will be sold in local retail chains, and in the future this amount will increase.
It is noted that the company collects raw materials from local farmers for the creation of new products, although currently they already have their own land plots, where they plan to plant gardens and produce 70% of the necessary products themselves.
