A 5-star multifunctional balneological complex of Wyndham Grand will be built in Borjomi with an investment of 60 million USD. The Wyndham Grand Borjomi project is being implemented by the development companies - New City Development (NCD Likani) and UPCO Development, in cooperation with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and the global leader in hotel management Aimbridge Hospitality.
NCD Likani is starting cooperation with the largest international hotel operator, Aimbridge Hospitality. As the company's director, Giorgi Kalandarishvili, told TV-program "Business Weekly", the partnership is related to the operation of the Wyndham Grand hotel complex under construction in Borjomi.

Wyndham Grand Borjomi plans to develop a 5-star hotel, more than 400 investment residences and a balneological center. The project also includes a recreational area, which will include a zipline, a ski slope, hiking and cycling trails, as well as sports infrastructure.
The project will create more than 300 jobs. Its first stage is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2027, and full operation is planned for 2029.
