Nina Gachechiladze, Commercial Director of Inn Hospitality, stated in an interview with bm.ge that the Akhaltsikhe Inn's hotel occupancy rate is above average this season.
According to her, the high occupancy rate is due to the increase in interest in the region, which was preceded by their numerous marketing campaigns. The company is also trying to stimulate the domestic market, along with the foreign tourism.
“That is why we have developed a specific tariff for school excursions. We offer to spend two days in our hotel for GEL 170. It helped many schools to choose Samtskhe-Javakheti for two-day excursions. At the same time, we have done an exclusive picnic ready-made menu, which will simplify the adventurous process for schoolchildren. These two products together serve our goals and visions, so that it is accessible to all teenagers, to get to know the ancient history and culture of Samtskhe-Javakheti”, - said Nina Gachechiladze.
Hotel “Akhaltsikhe Inn” has positive expectations for the summer as well.
“Considering the agreements reached across the country with airlines such as British Airways, Transavia France, EasyJet and Edelweiss, the expectations for the summer are quite positive. It is also worth noting the sharp increase in so-called MICE tourism during the current season, which will also have a positive impact on hotel occupancy,” she noted.
According to her, the Akhaltsikhe Inn hotel plans to grow by at least 15% in 2025.
