Not long ago, a new application called Ally emerged in the American tech scene, introducing a novel way of connecting with anyone you desire through your friends. It generates contact maps and suggests the closest and most trusted individuals who can vouch for you to the people you want to connect with.
To fully leverage Ally’s capabilities, follow these step-by-step instructions: Begin by registering on the application using your mobile number. Next, import and synchronize your phonebook. Categorize contacts based on relationship status in a Tinder-style interface, assigning certain colors to closest friends, mere acquaintances, etc. When you search for a desired individual, Ally’s algorithm will generate your acquaintance circle, highlighting the closest and most reliable connections for you.
“Unlike typical social networks, Ally offers a unique capability. Instead of merely displaying mutual friends without indicating the depth of those connections, the application reveals the strength of relationships. With Ally, you’re introduced to desired individuals through well-known and trusted connections, which significantly enhances response rates. In essence, while social networks aim to connect people, Ally serves as a tool for high-quality connections,” explains Levan Lashkarava, Angel investor at Ally.
Ally is inspired by the “six degrees of separation” theory. It suggests that each of us is connected to any other person through a short chain of mutual acquaintances and usually, any person is approximately 6 connections away. Ally assists in finding these intermediaries and, importantly, fosters connections through our closest and most trustworthy contacts.
Ally is a Georgian application aimed at the global market. Currently, it is accessible only in Georgia and the USA, but its founders are planning to expand to other countries’ markets in the near future.
“Connecting with Ally, we have ambitious goals, making it crucial to enhance and refine the application rapidly. To achieve this, we rely on feedback from our customers. Whether you’ve already tested it or are about to, we ask you to provide us with your suggestions through the application or our social network,” says Levan Lashkarava.
Download the application from the App Store or Play Store, discover a reliable way to connect with anyone, and share your thoughts with the Ally team.
