The development of Ambassador Island Batumi's unique project, which offers new investment opportunities to the country and region, is actively carried out.

"Ambassador Group" is completing construction works 5 years ahead of the typical timeframe, envisaged by the investment agreement. According to the Georgian government's decree, "Ambassador Island Batumi," in accordance with the building rights agreement, has received ownership of 194,457 sq/m of land created in the sea by the company.

Within the framework of existing investment obligations, 49% of the project area will be dedicated to publicly accessible recreational spaces, including a 9-hectare forest park, a coastal boulevard, 3.2 kilometers of walking paths, and sports fields, leisure spaces which provide unparalleled resources for the health, pleasure, and well-being of modern society.

The project includes educational and healthcare institutions, 5-star hotels, residential apartments, condominiums, luxury villas, a yacht club, heliports, a beach, and other modern infrastructure. This historically significant project, which aims to create two artificial peninsulas and one artificial island in the sea, is being developed with full adherence to sustainable development and smart city principles, and will serve to establish new standards for urban development in the region.

The island project is being implemented by "Ambassador Group" in collaboration with various international companies, including the architectural and engineering company Yüksel Proje and the British company Arup, which is involved in urban planning projects worldwide.
