According to the amended Code on Spatial Planning, Architectural and Construction Activities of Georgia, a fine of 300,000 GEL will be written off the booths in Tbilisi.
The bill was adopted with the second reading at the plenary sitting of the Parliament today. The authors of the legislative initiative are MPs Beka Davituliani, Maia Bitadze and Irakli Zarkua.
"However, term has expired to the booths, located in Tbilisi, as well as throughout Georgia before the first wave of the pandemic. As a result, the relevant supervisory body has fined these facilities and today we want a kind of amnesty for them," Davituliani said.
The volume of write-off fines will be approximately 300,000 GEL.
