One of Georgia’s largest construction and engineering companies, Anagi Group, reported a 49% increase in annual revenue, reaching 616.1 million GEL in 2024, according to the company’s audited financial statement prepared by Deloitte. In 2023, the company’s revenue stood at 412.6 million GEL.
Anagi’s net profit also saw strong growth, rising nearly 50% year-on-year to 29.9 million GEL in 2024, compared to 19.9 million GEL a year earlier. The company attributes this increase primarily to higher income from construction contracts, reflecting robust demand across both private and public infrastructure sectors. Anagi’s core operations include the construction of residential complexes, hotels, shopping centers, sports and aviation infrastructure, and industrial facilities, as well as project management, design, and renovation services.
The report shows that the cost of construction works carried out by the company amounted to 555.8 million GEL, generating a gross profit of 60.3 million GEL. Administrative expenses totaled 22.4 million GEL, while financial income reached 5.3 million GEL and financial expenses were 1.3 million GEL. The company’s total assets increased to 547.7 million GEL by the end of 2024, up from 503 million GEL the previous year. Equity grew by 10%, reaching 130.9 million GEL.
Currently employing more than 2,600 people, Anagi Group includes several subsidiaries such as Anagi Concrete, Anagi Mechanization, and Anagi Batumi. The company is involved in both private and state-funded projects, including the construction of Army City, Police City, and IDP housing complexes in Tbilisi and Kutaisi, as well as the new runway at Kutaisi International Airport, valued at 240 million GEL. Recently, Anagi submitted a bid for the construction of Georgia’s new national stadium, proposing to build a 70,000-seat facility for 850 million GEL.
