Another skyscraper is planned to be built in Batumi. The 242-meter-high "Tower" will be built in the center of the city, near the House of Justice, with Georgian-Chinese investment.
The project is implemented by the company "Metro Holding".
As the director of the company Raul Kakhadze told Bm.ge, the new project will include a business center, a shopping center, apartments. According to him, the Ritz Carlton Hotel will be located in the "Tower”.
"We will soon have the consent of the international brand hotel to enter," - said Raul Kakhadze.
According to him, the company is also waiting for permission from Batumi City Hall to build the Tower.
The investment cost of the project is $ 150 million. According to its authors, the construction of the "Tower" should be completed in three years.
