Anti-Corruption Bureau Decided To Check The Property Declarations of 300 officials, including Garibashvili, Kobakhidze And Kaladze

Due to the high public interest and high risk of corruption, the anti-corruption bureau plans to check the property declarations of the members of the Georgian government, members of the parliament, the highest representative body of Adjara and Abkhazia, and members of the government.

As mentioned in the information published on the website of the Anti-corruption Bureau, during the current year, the Bureau decided to check the property declaration of 300 officials.

According to their information, among others, the Bureau will be interested in the property declarations of Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, Chairman of Georgian Dream Irakli Kobakhidze, members of the Cabinet of Ministers, their deputies and MPs, as well as Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze.

It is clear from the document that during 2024, the Anti-Corruption Bureau will also be interested in the property declarations of the employees of the following agencies: "The Supreme Council of Justice of Georgia"; Judges of the General Courts and the Constitutional Court; National Communications Commission"; Central Election Commission; "Georgian Post", "Georgian Railway", "Oil and Gas Corporation", "Electronic System Commercial Operator", "Georgian Development Fund", National Bank, Prosecutor's Office, State Audit Service, State Security Service of Georgia; State Procurement Agency; Pension Agency; Forestry Agency; Revenue Service; Mayors of self-governing units;
