"Archi" is interested in implementing new projects in the regions. The company already has a development plan for Kakheti. At the same time, as the company's General Director, Shio Khetsuriani said in an interview with "Business Course", "Archi" is currently building new residential complexes in Rustavi, where a decision was made to expand the project due to high demand.
The company's General Director explains that along with Rustavi and Kakheti, Kobuleti might also become a promising area for implementing development projects.
“We are widely represented in Tbilisi. The capital does not lose its relevance, demand from both local and foreign customers is growing. Also, Batumi, Bakuriani, Rustavi, where we are represented. In addition, we are looking at the Kakheti, here we can plan a project like the one we started in Sioni. We have a low-rise development near Lake Sioni and are building a branded hotel "Le Meridien", presumably a high-end brand will be selected in Kakheti as well," says Shio Khetsuriani, General Director of the company "Archi".
According to the company, there is a shortage of space for new projects in Tbilisi. Businesses are having difficulty finding free land, therefore, as representatives of the private sector say, the limited perspective is pushing them to go outside the capital.
