Georgian developer Archi will hold a major one-day sales event on July 5, offering special prices on apartments in its premium residential project, Archi Horizon, located in Ortachala. According to Archi CEO Shio Khetsuriani, the promotion marks the launch of sales for the project's B and C blocks.
Speaking to BMGTV, Khetsuriani said the company's annual discount event has become a tradition and has delivered record-breaking sales in previous years. He noted that a similar campaign held a year ago resulted in the sale of 206 apartments in a single day.
“This is the day when the price offered in this project will never be repeated,” Khetsuriani said, adding that growing demand has forced Archi to move the event to a larger venue to accommodate visitors.
The company says Archi Horizon will feature premium amenities, including a neighborhood lounge, swimming pool, padel court, children's and recreational spaces, reception and lobby services, positioning the project as both a residential and investment opportunity in a strategically located area of Tbilisi.
