On September 13, a meeting took place in Yerevan between Armenia's Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, Gnel Sanosyan, and a delegation from France.

The French delegation was led by Gilbert-Luc Devinaz, chairman of the France-Armenia Friendship Group in the French Senate.

The meeting focused on a wide range of issues related to the development of local governance in Armenia. Special attention was given to the outcomes of community consolidation and the process of administrative decentralization. These topics are of great interest to both sides, given France's extensive experience in local governance.

In addition to these discussions, the parties also touched on other aspects of the multifaceted cooperation between Armenia and France. Minister Sanosyan emphasized the importance of friendly relations between the two countries and expressed interest in further strengthening ties.

Both sides agreed on the need to continuously expand cooperation in all areas.
