Armenia's Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Gnel Sanosyan held a meeting with the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania, Dainius Kreivys, in Vilnius on April 22.
According to the ministry's press service, the main thematic focus of the meeting was the energy sector, where prospects for cooperation were discussed.
The ministers presented the energy systems of their countries, and the Lithuanian Minister of Energy shared the experience of transitioning to a self-sufficient energy system in the face of contemporary geopolitical challenges.
Special attention was paid to the installation and operation of energy storage stations.
During the discussion, issues related to renewable energy, energy conservation, and the use of solar and wind energy were also addressed. The parties agreed to cooperate at professional and expert levels to study Lithuania's experience in the energy sector.
