A meeting chaired by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was held in the Armenian government to review the performance of the state budget over the first nine months of the year.
During the session, the Ministry of Finance presented an analysis of the country's macroeconomic situation and key outcomes of budgetary policy.
Special attention was given to factors driving economic growth, trends in foreign trade turnover, and developments in the labor market. Participants reviewed the state of tax revenues and discussed the efficiency of using the government’s reserve fund.
The meeting also included an analysis of the current budget execution indicators for 2024, along with proposals for new fiscal and administrative measures to improve the budget process. Following the discussions, further steps were outlined for implementing budgetary policy.
