Startups founded by Armenians delivered impressive results in 2024, collectively raising $97.9 million in investments.
According to calculations by the Armenian portal How2B, the largest deal of the year was secured by SuperAnnotate, founded by Tigran and Vahan Petrosyan. The company raised $36 million in a Series B funding round from investors, including NVIDIA and Lionel Messi’s venture capital fund.
Other notable investments included $26 million for HerculesAI, $22 million for Lago, and $20 million for EasyDMARC. Additionally, Podcastle, founded by Artavazd Yeritsyan, raised $13.5 million, while Activeloop, led by Davit Buniatyan, secured $11 million.
A landmark achievement for Armenia’s startup ecosystem was the IPO of ServiceTitan on NASDAQ, making it the first Armenian-founded startup to go public. Created by Vahe Kuzoyan and Ara Mahdessian, ServiceTitan achieved a valuation exceeding $10 billion, marking a historic milestone for Armenia’s tech community.
In addition to these major deals, numerous early-stage startups secured investments of up to $1 million, often with significant support from Armenian venture funds.
