In October 2024, Armenia's real estate market demonstrated significant growth, with the total number of transactions increasing by over 11% compared to the same period last year. The rise in housing prices in Yerevan has been particularly notable.
According to industry data, 22,120 transactions were registered in Armenia's real estate market in October, marking an 11.6% increase year-over-year and a 13.5% rise compared to the previous month.
A substantial uptick was observed in the sale and purchase segment, with 5,333 transactions recorded — a 16.4% annual increase and a 14.9% growth from September 2024.
The upward trend in average market prices for real estate in the capital continues. The cost of apartments in Yerevan’s multi-apartment residential buildings rose by 5.6% compared to October last year and by 0.9% relative to the previous month.
The rental market also showed increased activity, with 940 rental agreements signed during the reporting period—7.3% more than in the same month last year.
