Auction has been announced in Bobokvati, Adjara region. According to the Government of Adjara, this is the largest auction in the history of Adjara and privatization should be made to the land area of 28.5 ha.
The project provides attracting an investment of at least 250 million GEL. According to the terms of the auction, the investor must ensure the proper urban development of the area.
As of the main criteria, 75% of the area should be dedicated to recreational space. The terms of the auction were based on the concept of the well-known international company "Colliers International".
According to the terms, the boulevard, promenade, pier, berth and bicycle lane should be arranged with the obligation of public access.
The project also includes arrangement of airfield for a helicopter, construction of villas and a hotel of modern standards, where the operation of an international brand is defined as a necessary condition.
