A major new retail development is set to launch in Tbilisi, with the upcoming "Autograph Mall" project officially confirmed. Construction is scheduled to begin soon in Didi Dighomi, one of the capital's fastest-growing neighborhoods.
Located on Farnavaz Mepe Avenue, the site spans a 43,100 m² land plot and will feature a total construction volume of approximately 60,000 m², including a three-story retail complex.
The future Autograph Mall aims to become a key commercial hub in the district, offering a dynamic mix of:
- Local and international brands
- Chain cafés and restaurants
- A dedicated children’s entertainment zone
- A newly updated Goodwill hypermarket, which will continue to operate on-site
The project is being jointly developed by leading real estate firms:
- BLOX
- Autograph
- UPCO Development
Architectural design is led by Hausart Design, while the retail concept has been created by Cushman & Wakefield | VERITAS, which will also oversee the leasing strategy and commercial rollout in the coming months.
With a strong emphasis on comfort, accessibility, and a diverse shopping experience, Autograph Mall is expected to become a flagship destination for shoppers, families, and visitors from across the city.
