Company "Aversi Pharma" plans to build a new clinic in Tbilisi, on Vazha-Pshavela Avenue.

As Dimitri Jorbenadze, the director of Aversi Clinic, told BMG, the new hospital will play an important role in developing the country's healthcare sector. According to him, the total investment value of the project is approximately USD 50 million and an additional 1000-1200 people will be employed.

"There is high demand at Aversi Clinic, so expansion became necessary. This will be a multi-profile clinic equipped with modern technologies and will become one of the region's leading medical institutions," - noted Jorbenadze.

The new clinic will be designed for 200 beds and will have a full-profile diagnostic, scientific, and educational base. It includes 14 above-ground and 4 underground floors, with a total area of 37,671 square meters. The construction process should be completed in 42 months.

As part of the expansion, "Aversi" plans to develop medical tourism as well. As the company director notes, the clinic is already actively working in this direction.

The company's future plans also include opening diagnostic centers in the regions. Currently, construction of a high-tech diagnostic center is underway in Gori, which will become operational at the end of 2025, while construction of a similar center in Rustavi is planned for 2026.

"Aversi Pharma's" shareholders are Paata Kurtanidze (67%) and Nikoloz Kurtanidze (33%).

According to the company's 2023 report, Aversi's revenue from clinic operations amounted to GEL 172 million.
