Arsenal Residence includes 4 independent residential blocks, office and commercial spaces. The construction started in January 2023 and is now underway. The financial support provided by Basisbank for the project amounts to USD 5 million.
In addition to apartments, the complex has a swimming pool, spa and fitness areas, also, a two-level underground parking for 500 cars. The complex will also include a cafe, a restaurant, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and a bank to give residents the opportunity to get the desired services without leaving the area.
