Basisbank, as one of the major benefactors of the Georgian business, continues to support the development and construction sector. Thalassa Group Development Company is building a 6-story premium class residential complex in Batumi, on the slopes of Mtsvane Kontskhi.
The total cost of the project is USD 3 million, and the financial support provided by the bank is USD 2.2 million.
The complex of international standards includes a 110-apartment residential complex with an open and closed parking lot located on the 3,076 sq. m. land area, in an environmentally clean and comfortable setting. Thalassa Group provides 1500 sq. m. green and well-furnished yard, children's and recreation areas, a pool and an open cafe and restaurant.
The construction of the residential complex will be completed in December 2024, and residential areas from 37 sq.m., in a white frame will be handed over to the owners. Future owners of these apartments can take advantage of the simplified mortgage loan of Basisbank. The application can be completed online.
